Error loding mapping preview data

Hello Community.

 

I have imported data by using intune integration in service now.

data is loaded into staging table. 

I am trying to load data into target table for that I have used ETL process.

but when I am trying to load all data it gives an error.

"Error loading mapping preview data"

How to resolve this error?
