Error message in Service Portal

Hi,

When i am opening any existing records of incident/project in the service portal i am getting a popup of sys_id of that record and a false popup as of the attachment.

Please assist on this ASAP.

Hi @sabbavarapu,

To fix this message, you have to open your widget in editor mode. Open your portal page and right-click and select the "widget in editor".

and in client script of widget check 

gs.addInfoMessage

gs.addErrorMessage

Sputil.addInforMessage Sputils.addErrorMessage
