Error Message onSubmit

Hi mates,

I am getting the error below when clicking on submit from the catalog items native UI. Even though I made my script inactive, the error is still showing. Please help me.

@shaik17 If the script is already inactive then test the catalog item again in incognito window and see if the error appear again. If no then the issue can be attributed to browser caching.
