Hi
I'm having trouble receiving some mails in my ServiceNow instance.
When I receive an Email ServiceNow puts it in the 'Ignored' state and gives me an error string like this:
'Email set to ignored because of disallowed from address, email_address_filter_reason = illegal address'.
Can someone help me?
P.S. I noticed that the Email header contains this:
"From: "AUTO_MAIL xxx@" <ddddd.it xxx@ddddd.it>"

Only admins can view them. Check for these properties in 'sys_properties' table
- glide.pop3.ignore_headers
- glide.pop3.ignore_subjects
- glide.pop3.ignore_senders

I can't find them, maybe it's because I'm in Paris?
