Hi All,
We upgraded the service now instance from Madrid to Orlando and when an end user(ess) user with no roles try to submit an incident ticket they see an error stating "Submit canceled due to a script error - please contact your system administrator".
I did try to check the client script and the UI policy but unfortunately didn't find anything that is causing the issue.
Can any help?
Regards,
Hemanth

Hello Hemanth,
Please keep your cursor on that red label.and click fn+f12 ->insoect will open ->go to console.
you will get to know why and from where like from which script you are getting error.
If possible please share a screenshot of the console after pressing fn+f12.
Please Mark it helpful/correct if my answer helps in any way to resolve your query.

Hello Hemanth,
Have also faced similar issue many times, to solve the issue generally I open the same page in Mozilla/Chrome and checked the error console. We get this type of error when some client script throws errors. So please check the client script on your Table, for starters you can inactivate all and then turn on one by one to debug and fix this.
Please Mark as ✅ Correct if this solves your issue and also mark ???? Helpful if it helps resolve your problem.
Thanks,
Saji
