Error:: Submit canceled due to a script error - please contact your system administrator when an ESS user submit an INC ticket.

Hi All,

We upgraded the service now instance from Madrid to Orlando and when an end user(ess) user with no roles try to submit an incident ticket they see an error stating "Submit canceled due to a script error - please contact your system administrator".

I did try to check the client script and the UI policy but unfortunately didn't find anything that is causing the issue.

Can any help?
