We already installed Azure Apps and Authorized Notify Connector to enable 'Start Teams Chat' under collaborate in Service Operations Workspace.

We only want to enable the opening of Teams chat directly in Collaborate, but it should still redirect to Teams after clicking “Start Teams Chat.” That’s why we only activated the Notify Connector.

However, it's still giving an error:

There is no tenant installed on this instance or app is authorized on the tenant.
