External References

Greetings!

We use the Service Now Change management suite.Could anyone help with the below question?

I extensively use the "External References" while creating the Change Ticket. Currently we have to manually add each reference record and its time consuming and error-prone.

Is there anyway we can import an excel/csv file (with appropriate fields) and be done with creating all the reference records?

Hi Sudeep,

You can do this. You need to do an import from csv after configuring data source, import set table, transform map and scheduler.

All I need is to create multiple records in the External References by

adding a couple of pre defined attributes, it would be a great help if you

can guide me here
