External References

Greetings!

We use the Service Now Change management suite.Could anyone help with the below question?

I extensively use the "External References" while creating the Change Ticket. Currently we have to manually add each reference record and its time consuming and error-prone.

Is there anyway we can import an excel/csv file (with appropriate fields) and be done with creating all the reference records?

Thanks so much for the reply.

I want to create multiple records in the external references section by

importing excel or cab and save them along with the change ticket. All

other sections will be manually entered. Adding references is taking a

long time for us.

Is there any tutorial on how we can do this?

Thank you so much for the answer.

All I want to do is to save a set of Reference Records with a Change Ticket. Each reference record will contain a ID and Type.

We save average 10 reference record / ticket.
