Hi,
Yesterday suddenly many users in our production instance got inactive and locked-out. It shows the records were updated by system.
We tried a lot but could not trace any script which might have caused it. But during that period we also got a lot of logs with below message:
ExternalAuth: provider_user_map is de-activated for user:<sys_id>.
Please help me with this. What does this message denote. What might have gone wrong?
Thanks
Chandra

Did they get inactivated at same time just difference of seconds?
If yes then definitely some schedule job, sys_trigger script or some flow is updating it

I'm having this same issue. We are using both LDAP and SSO.
