Facing issue for Update Source

Hi Everyone i'm facing below issue.

I gave correct credentials but still it not allow to connect me local instance.
Please provide the solution on this.

Method failed: (https://dev3313xx.service-now.com/sys_properties.do?SOAP&displayvalue=all&redirectSupported=true)HTT... 401 Unauthorized with code: 401

Check saved username and password.
