Facing issue with the problem state

Hi team,

I am facing in problem state, for problem state default value is they given 1 but I gone and check the problem state choices there is no value for 1 but in PDI state moves as we exerted but coming to my company instance the problem state value not moved i compare the both PDI and MY INSTANCE there no change i didn't find, if any one knows abt this thing help me....

There is BR which synch both state and Prob_state field. 

problem is in  closed state also it been in the active

Actually Problem State Default value 1 and state default value 1 for suppose i Inactive "copy state to problem state" Br in problem table problem ui actions are not showing please let me Know if you have any idea

in my PDI i can see both state as default value is 1

I think, you need to log a case to Support team to get help.

Also 101/102 are values not sequence, so might be in backend some logic is there.

I have one doubt in Br's  

"Copy Problem State to State " and "Copy State to Problem State" two Br's available in PDI Which Br Run First  and  If Inactive "copy problem state to state" working as we expected why we need this Br Please explain difference between these Br's
