Facing issue with the problem state

Hi team,

I am facing in problem state, for problem state default value is they given 1 but I gone and check the problem state choices there is no value for 1 but in PDI state moves as we exerted but coming to my company instance the problem state value not moved i compare the both PDI and MY INSTANCE there no change i didn't find, if any one knows abt this thing help me....

The order 0 will run first, as 2 br to copy to state from prb_state to state and other from state - prb_state.

If Inactive "copy problem state to state" working as we expected why we need this Br Please explain difference between these Br's -- Bcz we never use this field to track, it is always hidden.
