Facing some issue with plugin in prod

Hi,

We are trying to install plugins in Prod in dev it's already installed and looks good.

But in Prod this plugin shows deprecated please see the screenshot attached.

The below plugins needs to be installed in Production Environment for us to move ahead.

com.sn_hr_core

sn_hr_agent_ws

sn_hr_casecard com.sn_hr_lifecycle_events

CAn anyone please help on this, It will be usefull.

• “Human Resources Application: Core (DEPRECATED)” is the legacy global HR plugin (shown as com.snc.hr.core).

• “Human Resources Scoped App: Core” (com.sn_hr_core) is the modern, fully-supported HRSD foundation. ServiceNow marks the legacy plugin as 'Deprecated' to push customers toward the scoped stack.

If you pay close attention to the plugin IDs, you will notice that although at first glance they look the same, they are not.

You can clearly see that the Application Core plugin has been deprecated.

Please proceed to install the second plugin mentioned in the second screenshot. For more details, you can also refer to the official ServiceNow documentation
