Users are adding mobile number to the user table on snow directly by themselves; however, the field data is missing after few months.
Okta is integrated and it tries to verify data everytime the user is logged in to snow and updates. it only verifies and updates username and password department field. it has nothing to do with mobile number.
What could be common possible reasons for data missing on user table as per your experience #gurus??

If your users are provisioned via LDAP and they don’t have a mobile number. It will overwrite and update the profile to whatever is in AD. Profile updates on the SN record will be replaced

Hi, can you check in deleted items table (In your left navigation pane, search as deleted items) and you recall it to same form. But the field deleted history it should be less than 6 months
