Hi All,
on the case form i had a custom field name - “entitlement (Reference field)” and “assignment group” (reference field to sys_user_groups) field on the form below something need to implement
if entitlement on the case form is empty. Then in the assignment group it should display all groups Available sys_user_group table.
if entitlement on the case form is not empty. Then in the assignment group it should display only groups which starts with [EN] from the group table how to achieve this..?
