Field values are setting to empty

We have configured DevOps integration with servicenow.  when story is created in SN after few seconds few field values updating to empty. can anyone suggest what will be  issue

Check if any Business Rules, Workflows, or Flows are running after Story creation and clearing fields.

If there are any client scripts, UI actions, or background scripts running on the Story record, inspect their logic to ensure fields aren’t being cleared unintentionally.

Which field values are getting set as empty?

Definitely some business rule, flow or integration is doing this.
