Dear,
I have a list of Private Tasks. I like to add a column with the name of the Visual Task Board (VTB) where the Private Task belongs to. How can I show the name of the VTB from the table list 'Task.list'?
Many thanks!

It might be your view of that list and that view contains records you aren't allowed to see. If they are truly your tasks you should be able to see them. Try filter on task > assigned to > is dynamic > me. And see if you see all 88 tasks.

Thanks a lot!
I have a next question. Any idea why I only see 3 of my 88+ Private Tasks together with the message "Number of rows removed from this list by Security constraints:12". Please know that I'm working in our production environment and that I do not have the ADMIN role.

It may be you dint have to see those 12 record. Check the ACL.
