I have a Service Catalog Item with two variables:
Agency / Organization
Manager Name
When a user selects an Agency, the Manager Name variable is populated based on that agency.
There are around 10 agencies.
For most agencies, there is one manager, and the approval flow works correctly.
However, for one specific agency, there are two managers.
In this case, both manager names appear in the Manager Name variable (single-line text), but the approval flow does not trigger for either of those two managers.
