flow is interrupted on Catalog item using flow with approval for non itil users

Hey guys,

Having this issue with a flow being interrupted on Catalog item using flow with approval for non itil users but once itil role is assigned, their requests goes through successfully.

I have confirmed that RunAs user is set to System users but issue still persists

Also, below is the confirmation of the user it is running on

Please any help on how this can be corrected?
