Flow is not triggering

There is a flow which is attached to catalog item ,  the flow was triggering properly, but today when submitting the catalog item the flow did not triggered, it is active and published. When i am clicking TEST in  flow then the flow is working. Does anyone have idea why it is happening?

If you are clicking TEST in flow and the flow is working plz check in the catalog item in process engine that flow is attached..
If yes...
Then plz check the triggering condition is proper or not..

Because when you click test you use existing RITM but when the flow gets triggered new RITM is created..|

Hello @Yd0801 ,

Can you please check triggering condition is Application=>Service Catalog and sometime flow works on test but not on actual catalog item submit. So always check flow by submitting catalog item. Also chek you flow is attached properly or not in service catalog processs engine.

 

If it still not work then can you please provide triggering condition screenshot.
