notice that in Employee Center,  some requests are showing a list of Stages and some doesnt. what causes this?

note: both request are using different flow, but with the same stages in each flow

Might be repairing the flow and ESC plugin help here.

This is happening mostly due to different flows and the way they are getting triggered at a certain stage in the flow.
Taking a look at the flow should help you understand the issue.
