'for text' search is not working

Hi All,

The 'for text'  search option is not working.

There is a record that it's short description field is populated but when I try to use the 'for text' search with this value I get 0 records, although there this value exists.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, we're in a closed environment so we can't share screenshots. 

The search simply returns nothing with the "for text" option.
