Fulfiller License

Hi,

Are dashboard_admin and report_admin role, a fulfiller license and need to pay for these roles?

You will need to pay for these roles.

They are not fulfiller licenses.

IT's better to contact your ServiceNow Account Manager for licensing questions.

It sounds annoying that people are often directing you to an Account Manager and not just mentioning $$$, though its the only correct answer. So Sachin is completely right.

Why not mentioning actual $$$ etc.. The license model changes quite often... so what is mentioned 6 months ago could already be outdated. Contracts are company specific, so discounts might apply. Or I've even seen customers where certain modules where completely discounted (free) while a different customer did pay some nice $$$ for the same module.

So when it comes to licensing: always contact your Account Manager.

You should check these with your sales rep. Every contract is different. I think these role does consume a license, but I would recommend checking with your sales rep/

As mentioned by others, it's best to consult with your ServiceNow Account Executive about this.

However, just from my personal opinion, these roles are not necessarily "fulfiller" license roles and are more administrative, used to enhance a current role that has access to this data already. 

So even with these roles given, you can't really do much with it if you can't see the data (report data, etc.) anyway.
