Getting an error when submit the request in portal "Something went wrong, contact your system admin"

I have a Travel Form in the maintain item, some of the end users not able to submit their request,
In the Portal After filling all mandatory fields and submit the order getting an error log, and the log is 'Something went wrong and your request could not be submitted. Please contact your system administrator', can you please help me out.
I have tried with clear caches and cookies and deleted with cart items stored, it was worked previously but again getting the same error, can you please provide permanent solution for this.
I have checked previous posts also, but not helpful

Search for Service Portal in plugin and yo will get the name buddy.
