Getting email even after RITM is closed

The User is getting email even after the Ticket is closed.
What changes should i do that it will not trigger when the ticket is closed.

Have you verified why the user is getting email after the ticket is closed?

Because of the Notification triggered.

Go to the exact notification from email, and see the trigger conditions.

 

Then you can find why the email is triggering.
