Getting email even after RITM is closed

The User is getting email even after the Ticket is closed.
What changes should i do that it will not trigger when the ticket is closed.

there must be some notification configured

Did you search that?

Also why are you doing date validation in notification advanced condition?

As per your image shared it seems some additional comments might have been added to closed ticket and hence email was sent

Update condition as State [IS NOT] Closed

May be because notification is configured on update ticket and someone adding comments on it.

Nobody is adding comments on it, the user is receiving the notification every 3 hours .
