What are the KPI Target as per Global Industry Standards for below CM KPI's ?

  • % of successful changes by Priority
  • % of changes with very high and high risk that cause an outage or disruption
  • % of changes that are implemented on time planned vs actual implementation dates
  • % of unsuccessful/failed changes
  • % of Emergency Changes

Thank you Aman for quick response. Actually im looking for below details as mentioned in BOLD

  • % of successful changes by Priority (Global Standard KPI is 95%)

There is no Global standard as such, it depends upon your organization's goal.

Lets say, you will evaluate your current KPIs, say its 60%, then you eventually set your goals and objective and define OKRs to reach 80% or more, and take decisions in order to attain this.

But if you say any hall mark number is there, then answer would be no.
