Been looking through the article regarding the global search configurations, but cannot seem to figure this out. Using the global search on the top right of the portal, I can search for users by using the username field (i.e. their AD account name), but I cannot search for a user by first or last name.
There has to be an easy way to add those fields into the fields that are searched, but I can't seem to find it. Thinking it's a parameter/attribute on the field within the sys_user table. All of the articles I've found have to do with adding a field for auto-complete. Maybe its the same thing?
Help appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I can search by email address. Also, I tested and can search by the full first or full last name, but I cannot search by a partial name. Maybe that is just how it works. I can do a partial + wildcard and it will pull up a user result. I am pretty sure that prior to Kingston, that I was able to search by partials.
Gonna close this question. Don't think this is an issue.

The only thing I can think of is the attribute, `no_text_index`. But I dougt that's on your fields. Can you search other fields like email and does it find the record?
