Grant watch list access to see RITM

I have a request from management to grant whoever is on the watchlist access to see the RITM they are listed.  I was able to get the ACL to work a little, but it's not pulling in all fields.  The attach screenshot is all I can see when I do a user impersonation.  There are variables associated with the RITM that I would like to get the watch list users access to see.  How would I go about doing this?

Hi,

You might need to change what fields are shown in the Self-service view of the Requested Item table.

The default is not showing that many fields.

The ACLs should work OOB, to grant people on the watchlist access to view all the fields on the record (including the variables). (just checked in my PDI, and it seems correct)

OOTB the user clicked the link in the email to view RITM and this is what they see.

Also, I tried to update the self-service view, but the fields still did not display for the user.
