Grey out fields

How to grey out all fields except one on a form when update button is clicked ?

I want to make child incidents uneditable but only parent incident field is editable once user click on Update Button

Hi Avani, I like the idea of your script.   I am struggling with a script to grey out all fields before the variable being selected.   The idea is that a customer is filling out a Catalog Item, as they complete a variable field the previous field is greyed out.   If a condition is met, then the form is reset.   I believe this would be a Client Script.   Do you have an idea of how to accomplish this?
