Is it possible to provide a Guided Tour on a specific Service Catalog item? If so, how do I do that? I tried looking in the docs, but I couldn't find anything for that. It seems it has to be tied to a specific list view or other type of page. As usual, I'm probably missing something very obvious.

You can do this, but you have to go back and modify the Guided Tour record outside of the wizard to get it to point to the right place. You can do this by creating your guided tour and then opening your guided tour record from 'Embedded Help -> Guided Tours' in your left nav. From there, you can use the 'Additional URL parameters' field to add the rest of your URL link pointing to your catalog item. Here's an example of how I did that for a specific catalog item in the Service Portal interface.

This option is only available for the Service Portal interface, unfortunately.

Well, that's not helpful for our use cases. We're not on London (when I think this is available), and we need some solution for the default navigation view. I guess now I'm wondering what the benefit of Guided Tours even is.
