Hide record information on service operations workspace

Can anyone help me how hide the record information in service operations workspace.

Hi @Vinya Jakkula ,

• Go to the respective record page of the incident record in the workspace using UI Builder.
• identify Tab Sidebar in the left menu.
• To the right under Config Page collection will appear.
• Click on Edit content which takes to the Side bar Top page in the UI Builder.
• Select the Record Information page and click on settings to the right of the page and deactivate it to not to show in the Side bar panel.

check the Side panel configuration. But I wouldn't recommend to customise this

Or if you are good enough with just collapsing it you can click the button.

I need to hide by default when record opens.

collapsing and expand we know. But need to hide on page load.
