Hide UI Action

There is a 'New'Ui action button which is in global i need to restrict to my table core_company only SNOW Admin users can access that new button

Please Give Without using Ui Action

I want to Hide 'New' Ui action button on the list View only SNOW Admin group members can access that ui action

New is a global one and also it is not SNOW, it is SN or ServiceNow. Which list view you are referring to? I think only the Admin have access to the New button.

There is a  Group That i created called SNOW Admin only those members have access to 'new ' UI Action
