Hide UI Action

There is a 'New'Ui action button which is in global i need to restrict to my table core_company only SNOW Admin users can access that new button

Please Give Without using Ui Action

ensure you give correct role and condition in table.None CREATE ACL for core_company and if user passes the ACL then new button will be shown.

If not then it's hidden.

Don't override the OOB New button.
