I'm seeking information about how the auto-approve feature functions works in ServiceNow for the Qualys CMDB sync. Currently, there is an issue where certain Configuration Items (CIs) are not being auto-approved, and I'm keen on understanding the underlying reasons behind this occurrence. The auto-approval process for Qualys integration with ServiceNow for Qualys-CMDB-Sync involves several steps. Here's a summary:
1. Install the Qualys CMDB Sync application from the ServiceNow store.
2. Configure the Qualys CMDB Sync application by providing the Qualys API server URL and API credentials.
3. Set up the auto-approval process. This is done by navigating to "Qualys CMDB Sync" > "Setup" > "Auto Approval Rules" in ServiceNow.
4. Create a new rule. Click on "New" and fill in the necessary fields such as "Name", "Order", "Active", "Condition", and "Approval Action".

I was going through your third point and checking in my system but i don't see this "Qualys CMDB Sync" > "Setup" > "Auto Approval Rules"
