How can automatically Assign Predicted Group to universal request.

Configuration -
1.We have some groups , and we added type as universal request to those groups.
Navigate > Universal request > Service Assignment group
open the universal request assignment group record > see the group related list
We need to do some configuration on the service set assignment group and Service configuration module for automatically assigning our mentioned assignment group to the universal request record .
Any help resolving this search issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently start working on UR for my client and as per my experience it is not possible to add more than one group for assignment for Incident. OOTB it will take only 1 group. I am still doing more research on this
Like we need to set the service first and then group.
