How can i add a small image in header and footer in service portal

Hi Experts

i am trying to add a small image in header and footer of my service portal.

for header i am trying it to be in the left corner and footer i am trying to bring in the middle.

i am trying to modify the same in css property of header and footer but not able to achieve the same.

should i modify css of portal or separate header and footer here

For header you could make use of branding editor. To add logo in footer you could modify/create new Service Portal --> Headers and footers.   To enable footer you need to select footer template in your portal theme.

You can add the image you want to put in the footer to the [db_image] table...Content Management >> Images.

Then in the image record you've created select "Service Portal" for the Category field.

Then copy the script given for: "Use the following code for displaying in content blocks:"

Then add that script to the HTML field for your footer record.

Would this work if I wanted to put an image in as the background of the header?

If it would, do you know where I would add the code?
