Hi,
I am trying to edit the threshold number to trigger the Walk-up Queue Length Notification. I thought it might be in a script in the event triggering the notification so I found "sn_walkup.interaction.threshold" in the Event Registry, but I cannot find the actual event. Where could I find the event, and/or how/where would I change the threshold if where one sets it is located somewhere else?
Thanks

Hi Julia,
I was asking the same question. I found the Script Include for walk-up and traced it back to a field that is on the Walk-up Location called "Queue Length Notification" - this isn't shown by default on the form, but you can add it. You should be able to set this to 0 to disable them, or change it if required.
Hope this helps! Please mark helpful and correct answer if it was 🙂
