How can I restrict the list view for specific roles

Hi All,

I have created a list view called "Demo View" on the incident table and given a role as "Demo Role". So the user having that role should be able to see that view.

But it is visible to all the users irrespective of the roles. 

Is there any solution for this?

Hi,

You can't control the list and form view independently but for both, you can set the role on the view to restrict it like so:

I have already added a specific role so that only the users who are having that role, will be able to see that view.

But still, the view is appearing for the users who are not having that role.

How are they accessing the records? There is a known issue whereby if they navigate to a record directly via a url, the restriction won't be evaluated.

Known Error - View Role Association
