how can we create a custom calendar with company events and US holiday schedules

I want to create a calendar for the company in servicenow with IT events and US holidays. This calendar I want to display it on the employee center home page so when user logs in the portal, they can see the events for the week and holiday schedule. what is the best way to achieve this requirement?
