How do I bring back "Enable Edit" UI Action on List Control for sc_task.request_item ?

Hi All,
By mistake I press " Enable Edit " UI action on List Control on Catalog Tasks tab on Requested Item and it got disappeared and I need help to bring it back and what it does!

you can go to this table and search for your list control and update that field again
sys_ui_list_control.LIST

What should I update in this table for this particular UI Action to see it again on the form? Tried updating the values but I still can not see the "Enable Edit UI Action" on the form , I clicked it once and now it has disappeared, same scenario the particular UI Action is available in other environments.
