Is it possible to change the email of the CSA certification?

I have the CSA certification and this is associated with one email.
But , now I want to change it to different email.
Is it possible?

Below are the steps provided by ServiceNow:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Now learning team.
We advise you to merge your accounts for merging please follow below procedure.
First of all, If your old email id() is a partner account, we need to deactivate in the Partner portal, please drop an email to partnernow@servicenow.com for deactivating your old account's partner status.
And after having your old partner account deactivated please follow below steps.
Please clear your cache on google chrome. Restart the browser straight away login into below link using your old Now Learning account() credentials.
https://account.servicenow.com/login
If don't have access to old email and asked for Auth on the Additional Email Authentication page, click on "Having an issue with Additional Authentication?" link to report the issue for disabling the MFA. After MFA got disabled please proceed further.
Click on 'Update Email' button. Which will redirect you to new window where you will be asked 'Enter new email :'. Provide your new email() and click on next button.
A new window appear click on 'No, i still want to change my ServiceNow account email'
A new window appear here you will be asked you provide 'Enter your code'. Please provide the code received on your email. And click on Next button.
By which you will be able to raise a merge request which will be processed in 5 working days.
Note : After you accounts got merged you will no longer will have access to your old account. And all the learning history will be consolidated on your new Now Learning account.

On clicking - Having an issue with Additional Authentication?
I get the following error : Something Went Wrong
There has been an issue with this request. Please click below to retry.
On retrying also, it gives me the same error.
