Do a group by on Resolved By. If you want to begin tracking historical data, you'll need to use performance analytics.
Please mark my answer as correct/helpful if it has helped you.

Hello Sam,
Is there anything else I can assist you with? If not, would you mind marking my reply as correct so that it shows as solved for others who may have the same question in the future.
Thanks,
Logan

Hi
You can build a report on Incident table and use a Multi Pivot report here which will give you a clear idea on the number of Incident worked on by each user and in which states they are are being worked on.
Please follow the steps below:
1) Click on "Create New" module under Report Application menu as shown below:
Now Select the Table as Incident and Select type of Report as "Multi Pivot" as shown below:
Click on Next and choose your columns which you want to display, for example shown below:
Save your Report and this should tell you clear details , if you see in my screenshot above, it clearly tells me that this Assigned to user worked on the ticket and the ticket is in which state and when it was updated.
So you can add other columns as you want , also if you click on the number which are being shown it will take you to the Incident list as well.
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
