Can UPDATED be shown just with DATE instead of datetime stamp?
I'm trying to list the user/closure count by date/week/month. So, the datetime is not letting do that.

The reports indicate whether a ticket has been updated since assignment (against assignee), but it does not distinguish who made the update. For example, if an incident is assigned to Colleague A and Colleague B updates it, the report will show that the ticket has been updated, but not that the update was made by someone other than the assignee. This limits its usefulness when measuring the performance of the assigned individual.
