How Does an Assessment Answers calculate the Score in Demand?

I have been tasked with creating a new Assessment for the demand screening process to replace the OOB one.  This one will contain questions related to Business Objectives, IT Objectives, Company Objectives and Escalation.  

I built the Metric categories and applied a weight to each one so the total will be 100.  I build questions under each Category for the person completing the assessment to answer, also with weights, and using the OOB value of 1 - 10.  Each type is Choice.

However, testing the assessment, no score is calculated.

I looked through all the documentation related to this and nothing states how it is calculated.  

Any suggestions?
