I have implemented Risk assessment for change request Module. in that I added 4 question and each questions having 4 answer the weightage of each answer is 1 to 4. after selecting all 4 questions value risk is getting populated which is depends on threshold which we have defined. (this is OOB feature which I used in these all questions answers were adding and than it was giving risk on the basis of addition of all answers)
but client is asking for some changes like only 2 questions should there both questions will 5,5 answers after selecting these values risk should populate. but here values of answers need to multiply. they have given matric that matrix is following multiplication.
1. how can I achieve this requirement?
2. what will happen to existing change request record in which we used oob feature?
3. what will be the impacts for this?
