How does the Import article button work on KB Self Service page

Hi Everyone,
I want to know how the backend is working for Import articles button work like how it reads the word or pdf document we attach and where this script is written in ServiceNow.
It will be great if someone can help if you have any idea on this

Thank you for your response. But, I need information how it is implemented in the backend where can I find the script to edit this process of creating article.
We are currently restructuring our KB Management. So want to know how it is implemented and where i can find this script running when a document is added.

I doubt we have access to this core code, as this isn't a native form. It looks more like an HTML page or an added button on top of it. So, not sure we’d be able to access or change anything here, mate
