How many of you are using 'Unauthorized change detection'? How matured is it today?

Couple of years back we saw there were few gaps so we disabled that.

Looking back to it now, hence checking here how many of you are using it today? Is it good to use now?

It's great that you're revisiting the topic of Unauthorized Change Detection in ServiceNow. From what I've gathered, the feature has seen some improvements over the years, but it still has its limitations.

Many users have reported that while the out-of-the-box (OOTB) implementation provides a good starting point, there are still gaps that need to be addressed, such as the need for custom logic to handle specific use cases. Some organizations have built their own solutions to fill these gaps.

If you're considering re-enabling it, it might be worth evaluating the current state of the feature and any recent updates or improvements made by ServiceNow. You could also reach out to the ServiceNow community or your account representative for more insights and best practices

Hi @diana45peters  Thanks for replying. That is the reason I posted this on community to get the latest update on this feature 🙂
