How set default tab on csm/fsm workspace (like tab(2)) on load

Hi Community,

 

any idea how to set tab to be opened first for the user when they open an change let's say in csm/fsm configurable workspace?

Hi @Branislav Ilic ,

To set the default tab in CSM/FSM configurable workspace in ServiceNow, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the workspace you want to customize.

  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Configure" from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the "Configure Workspace" window, click on the "Tabs" tab.

  4. Drag the tab you want to set as the default to the leftmost position.

  5. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.

  6. The next time you open the workspace, the leftmost tab will be the default tab.

Note that the ability to configure workspaces may be restricted based on your ServiceNow role and permissions. If you are unable to access the "Configure" option or make changes to the workspace, contact your ServiceNow administrator for assistance.

Step 4, I dont get any Tabs to click. Can you help?
